By ordering a commission, you agree to all of the following.
Remember that I am a human, not a machine.Breaking with my terms of service may result in various actions ranging from mild warnings to banning and blocking.
Price (and payment)
-Payments are made before I start the commissions.
-Payments are preferred via Ko-Fi. Okay via paypal.
-Payments are only in euros (€).
ORDER / PROCESS
-I have the right to refuse if it doesn't correspond to my skills (Poses, species,...) etc.
-It's important that I have detailed instructions so that the order is according to your expectations. A detailed reference/sheet is preferred. A picture is okay, as long as I have instructions on the character.
-You can contact me on any social medias for a order.
Delivery Time
-Delivery depends on: the complexity of your order, and my current commitments. (If I have other orders before, things in real life,...)
-I will let you know immediately in case there's any delay.
Revisions & Modifications
The changes are made when I show you the progressions.
(Sketch > Line > Color > ...)
If you don't tell me that there is a mistake (for example in the line) I won't be able to change it when I'm at the final rendering. So please tell me the changes I need to make before I continue.
Cancelation & Refund
-Of course, you have the right to cancel an order and get a refund, but please contact me before I start working on it.
-If the work has already started, a partial refund may be granted depending on the work completed.
-No refund will be made once the final work is delivered.
